Chef rishi Jadhav bring u a popular dish from the India. Menu  that is Dal fry and with tadka extremely nutritive and tempered with various spices, Dal fry test delicious with served jeera rice naan and roti

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of yellow pigeon peas 
  • 1/4 cup of garam Dal 
  • 1 onions finely chopped
  • 1 and 1/2 tomato chopped
  • 3/4 tesp ghee (clarified butter )
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Coriander leaves
  • 2 green chillie finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1 peace of chinamon 
  • 2 pieces of clove 
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder
  • 1/ 4 tsp of asafoetida 
  • 1 and 1/2 table spoon of garlic finely chopped 
  • Salt to taste 
  • 1 dry red chilli
                    

                               Mathod

  • Wish both the lentils throughty soak them from half and hour 1 and half cup water  pressure cook 3-4 whistle  
  •  Half  about 1 and 1/2 tespoon of ghee (keeping the rest for tadka ) in a pen
  • Add the seasoning ingredients coumin seeds clove and the chinamon stick 
  • Add the onion and saute until translucent but make sure that they do not turn brown in colour 
  • Add the tomato green chillies turmeric powder and red chillies powder and let the ingredient cook until the tomato are soft
  • Pour in the boiled Dal and mix and well  Add water if required 
  • Add salt and sprinkle some coriander leaves and let's it boil for 5-6 minutes 

                            Tadka

  • Heat the remaining ghee in a pen 
  • Add a whole dry red chilli and let it cookd
  • Add 1/4 tespoon. asafoetida and chopped garlic 
  • Stir and pour at all over the dal
