In this popular recipe chunks of fresh cottages cheese are cooked rice creamy onion tomato masala and some butter only to be finished off with other dollop of fresh cream.

Ingradient
- 400 gram cottages cheese (paneer) cut into 1inch cube
- 4 table spoon butter
- 4-5 midium tomatos chopped
- 3 teaspoon oil
- Bay leaves
- 1/2 inch cinnamon
- 3-5 cloves
- 2-3 dried red chilli
- 1 midium onion sliced
- 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 table spoon coriander seed roasted,and coarsely crushed
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted dried fenugreek power + for sprinkling
- 2 tablespoon fresh cream + for drizzling
Method
- Heat 2 tablespoon butter and 1/2 teaspoon oil in a non stick Pan. Add bay leaves cinnamon, cloves and broken dried red chilli and saute for 30 sec.
- Add onion and saute for 1 min add ginger garlic paste and saute for 30 sec add Coriander seed and saute for 30 sec
- Add Coriander powder and chilli powder and saute all tomatoes are mix add salt, and cook till the oil separates remove from heat and cook
- Discard the whole spices from the tomato mixture and grind along with 1/4 cup water into smooth mixture
- Heat remaining butter and oil in a deep non stick Pan add the ground tomato mixture and 1/4 cup water mix and cook for 1 min
- Add salt and garam masala powder mixand Cook till the mixture bolis and slightly thicknes
- Add cottages cheese cubes lightly mix and Cook for 30 sec switch off heat 1/2 teaspoon. Crushed dried fenugreek leaves and cream and mix lightly
- Put paneer butter masala in a serving bowl sprinkle with some dried fenugreek power drizzling some cream and serve hot
